The rooms offered a stunning view. The hotel's central location made it convenient to visit the lime kilns, shore, and nearby restaurants. The breakfast provided was enjoyable.

Comforts of family room were fabulous - a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a TV. The venue's position was central. What's more, it was so close to a park, the restaurant and Edinburgh.

Lovely breakfast with big portions, really enjoyed the food. Great location right by the waterfront and close to Scotland and the surrounding area. 🌊

The breakfasts were generous with substantial portions. We received a £5 voucher, a nice gesture. The family room was reasonably large with a nice view from the velux windows. The location was absolutely perfect, right by the shore....

We had a fantastic stay at a small and friendly hotel near the beautiful Forth river. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and clean, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and the sea view rooms provided breathtaking views. The breakfast at the café downstairs was delicious, with plenty of options including a satisfying vegetarian breakfast. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The room was high standard & modern, came with view over the Forth and tea coffee, for example. The location was perfect - close enough to Scotland for many reasons, the cafe underneath which is really nicely laid out with outside seating if warm enough, and Dunfermline, Culross, and several other locations.

We thoroughly enjoyed this special hotel with outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff who firmly believe in excellent customer service. Our accommodation was set in a central location very close to nice residential areas to walk around at the end of a long work day and the promenade. It also was in the very popular downstairs cafe.
